Laser Mark Error - Unable to create unit

1. User is required to check if the serial number units were created for the work order through Serial Number Unit History page.

2. If the serial number units were generated but user is still unable to create the units by dumping laser mark logfile to ATE.

1st Scenario:
1. User is required to check the Serial Number Collection method in route setup.

2. For the case like Image 2, as the Serial Number Collection for Top and Bottom are Lot, hence, user is required to set the Serial Number Collection for BAKING as Lot as well.

3. For SMT, user is required to set the same Serial Number Collection for one side and different Serial Number Collection for the other side or user can set the same Serial Number Collection for both side.

Note ** On the other hand, user cannot set different Serial Number Collection on the same side, for example, user cannot set the Serial Number Collection for SPI-TOP as Lot and Serial Number Collection for AOI-TOP as ISN.

2nd Scenario:
1. If the route was set correctly, user is required to check the version of the attributes such as product version, route version, and others through Production > Production Planning > Work Order Maintenance page.

2. User can search for the work order and a pop-up message will be displayed when there are changes regarding the version. For example like Image 7, the product has released a new version however, the work order is still using the old version of product. Hence, system will prompt message to remind user whether to use the latest version or not.

3. In this case, as the version of product is different, user needs to check the details of the product, especially the serial number format and serial number mask. User can click on the Timer icon to view the versions of the product.

4. According to Image 9 and Image 10, we can see that it is using the same serial number masks for both versions, however, the ISN Format was different. Version 001 set a 17 characters ISN Format but Version 002 set a 16 characters ISN Format.

5. Although the serial number units were created and the route was set correctly, user is still unable to perform laser mark and create units as the created serial number units DOES NOT MATCH with the ISN Format set by the product. 

6. In order to carry out laser marking, user is required to update the work order with latest product version by checking the checkbox showed at the bottom of Work Order Maintenance page and click "Submit" button.

7. Then, user may try to redump the logfile to perform laser marking.

3rd Scenario:
1. User encountered an error message, "Not Same Panel Serial Number" during Laser Marking process and unable to create unit.

2. User is required to check the content of the logfile whether the serial numbers are correct, and the numbers of serial number are correct.

3. For the case showed in Image 12, user is having the issue due to the numbers of serial numbers does not match with the quantity per panel set at Product Management page where the quantity per panel was set as 5 but there are 6 serial numbers inside the logfile.

4. User is required to assign the correct serial number into the logfile.

5. If user choose to update the quantity per panel, user is required to check whether the serial number units have been created. If yes, user is required to reset the serial number units before user tries to run Laser Marking process.
