8. If the user directly reset the running number without resetting the serial number unit, the error message shown in Image 8 will be displayed as the system detects that the running numbers are being used by other units.

9. Therefore, the user must reset the serial number unit first, before resetting the running number.
10. After the user has successfully reset the serial number unit and running number, please check the serial number unit history to ensure it has been completely removed.

11. Import the customer serial number, and do not select 'Remove Serial Number'.
