Buy Off By Shift Line Conversion

1. Setup Buy Off By Shift in your product management screen.

2.  After creating your work order and when you reach the Line Conversion Page in Production > SMT Line Conversion

3. Click Scan Work Order button and scan in your process material

4. Once success, it will show this line has already started line conversion and a stop production is issued where it will only allow 1 panel for production.

5. Remember to do SPC check in order to be able to transact units

6. Now you can transact 1 panel of unit. 

*If you now add another panel when the stop production exists, it will pop up this error

7. At the line conversion page, the user can do the checklist and save the line-buyoff result.

If you fail the questions, your stop production is not removed, and your line buy off result will be saved as Fail 

You will also be blocked from creating more than 1 panel of unit where your stop production allowed

To transact 1 more panel, you can use the  in line conversion page to create, for buy off by shift, 1 stop production can allow up to 5 panels.

To remove the stop production, you will need to answer the checklist again until all answers are correct
