Debug & Rework Tracker

The debug and rework tracker can use to track the debug/rework operation start and end time.
User will be able to access this page at Production > Production Control > Debug & Rework Tracker
*Make sure the user has the user role to access this page.


First, we will need to have a work order with units queue at the debug or rework step 

A. Debug tracker
1. At the Debug & Rework Tracker page we will be able to add a new tracker by clicking the add button

Select Debug as Track Type and search the serial numbers 


2. After search successfully, you can click the start button and it will create the tracker


After you successfully added it will show a success message and an end button.
You can view the record in the Debug& Rework Tracker page or in Report > Debug Rework Time Spend


Then you can proceed to your debug operation as usual, and when you have finished the debug operation, you will need to come back and click the end button to save the end time of the tracker.





B. Rework Tracker
1. At the Debug & Rework Tracker page we will be able to add a new tracker by clicking the add button

2. Search the unit you want to start the tracker and click start button to start rework time tracking



3. Now you can continue your rework operation and then after you finish the rework operation, you can search back the unit at Debug & Rework Tracker page
