Route Had Been Setup (No Route Step at 20)

1. When user clock in through Job Booking (through Production > Job Booking) system will start to record the Date Time Start.

After scanning the barcode on the route card user will be direct to Job Booking page.

2. User can click on the Today (refer to figure 2.0)to inspect the behavior on how the system recording labour tracking. Please take note this page will show all the transaction of the current account that is within the current day. Upon clocking in the Datetime Start will be recorded will be recorded while the Datetime End will be leave blank (refer to figure 2.1).

3. When user click on Finish a Quantity system will request user to Key in the Quantity Completed and after that user can Submit them.

3.1 After user had submitted the transaction, the previously row will be updated with Quantity Passed and also the Datetime End will update with the Date Time that the transaction had been done.

3.2 Noticed that is another row that had been auto created with DateTime End as blankbelow.

4. When user click on the Log Off button, the system will record down the logoff time at DateTime End (refer to figure 4.1).

5. When user clock in an operation with No Entry as Data Collection Type system will also insert the labour tracking for tracking purpose only while the user is unable to finish any quantity as the button will be disabled (refer to figure 5.0).

6.0 Notice that even though at route PRODUCTION LINE TEST we had set to No Entry, however when we complete 10 quantity at ASSEMBLY, both PRODUCTION LINE TEST and INSPECTION will have 10 quantities at In and Waiting.
