1. Start Line Conversion by clicking on Scan Work Order

2. Key in the tooling serial and click on confirm and proceed to step 3
2.0.1 User will be redirected to the line conversion page once the line had been successfully converted and started.
2.0.2 A stop production Stop Production for Line Conversion will be raised when user had successfully converted and started,
2.1 If the error message "Tooling material not found in this work order" popup user are required to do PLV Moulding before starting the line conversion else directly proceed to Step 3.
2.2 Moulding PLV can be accessed through Production > Mobile Page > Moulding PLV
2.3 Enter the required information(Dryer Number, Temperature, Lot Number, Work Order Number) and click on submit

2.4 Record Successfully will be shown
2.5 User will not able to start line conversion if the dry time is not yet passed.
3. User is required to proceed to complete the checklist

3.1 Once the checklist had been completed it will be shown in grey colour

4. User is then required to created an unit through PTI and proceed to QA Buyoff
5. User can then perform QA Buyoff at Production > Production Control > QA Buyoff. The created unit will be show in grid below (Figure 5.0.1) and user is required to do QA Buyoff Check List by clicking on Data Collection Check List (Figure 5.0.1).

-Once the data collection had been done, the text box of the data collection will be grey colour (refer to red text box) while the data collection pending to be done will be show in white colour (refer to green text box). PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT DATA COLLECTION FOR QA BUYOFF will have an extra (QA) text. (Refer to Figure 5.0.2)

5.1 If there is an fail result while doing buyoff.
While performing buyoff checklist, if user had a fail/wrong input (refer to Figure 5.1.1) and fail result, when finishing the Data Collection for both Dimension CheckList and Visual CheckList a text box will pop up with and user will be force to only submit Fail QA Buyoff result (will Pass being greyed out refer to Figure 5.1.2) due to having more than a fail result will doing Dimension CheckList and Visual CheckList.

Upon failing this QA Buyoff (Refer to Figure 5.1.2) the data collection will auto refresh the button will be in white and user are required to redo all the checklist (Dimension CheckList and VisualCheckList)

Step 3 Both the Dimension CheckList and Visual CheckList data collection button will become white and user able to redo all the data collection. (Refer to Figure 5.1.3 and Figure 5.1.4)

User can then immediate redo all the QA Buyoff Checklist. As the system had auto refresh the checklist button to be white and user able to redo all of the checklist. (Refer to Figure 5.1.5)

MORE INFORMATION ABOUT 5.1
- The stop production for line conversion will still remain due to the QA Buyoff haven't been passed, the Stop Production for Line Conversion will be auto removed if theQA Buyoff had been passed.

- If using trying to do IPQC through Production > Data Collection by Work Order - Dimension / Visual (noticed the title is with the keyword (QA) comparing to figure 5.1) the system will have an error message "This Work Order not yet buy off" user will not allow to perform IPQC if buyoff haven't been pass.

- DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT press on this button (Re-Buy Off Board) at Production > Line Conversion (refer to Figure 5.1.6) as this button only intended to redo the CheckList at Line Conversion. If you had failed QA Buyoff simply proceed to redo them at Production > QA Buyoff

5.2 Assuming User had passed the QA Buyoff CheckList, user then can proceed to step 6 to do IPQC. The Pass button will be selectable and user able to pass the QA BuyOff CheckList if all checklist are Pass.
Upon passing the QA Buyoff the Stop Production by Line Conversion will be auto removed. (Refer to Figure 5.1.7)

6.0 User then can perform IPQC through Production > Data Collection by Work Order - Dimension / Visual
6.0.1 If user had a failed checklist during IPQC, user is then required to redo the QA BuyOff then proceed to redo IPQC.

Step 2 A stop production due to IPQC failure had been issued.
-The stop production can be found in stop production search
-System will then prompt "This work order not yet buy off" to ask the user to redo QA Buyoff.

Stop production due to IPQC failed had been automatically removed after redo QA Buyoff
-Step 4 Redo IPQC with all passed result
-Unexpected behaviors, if user had finish QA Buyoffand click on IPQC (Data Collection by Work Order - Dimension/Visual) this tab remain grey out and user unable to proceed to do IPQC, user is required to ask support to check is these rule hierarchy DataCollectionDimensionReset and DataCollectionVisualReset as these 2 needed to be setup to trigger the reset for the IPQC questions.
