Serial Number Invalid for ATE / Unit Creation Invalid

Solution: 

(i) User are required to check is the correct file format had been selected.

(ii) User are required to compare the ATE log file content with the logfile that unit had transacted successfully vs unit that are fail to transact. User should be able to debug the root cause when these files are different.
