User can now recover records from
Escatec History to
Productionthrough
Production > Archived Records Maintenance (kindly look for the person in charge if this tab is not showing)
1. Recover history by importing excel file
1.1 Select Customer
1.2 Click on Choose Fileand select your excel file
1.3 Click on Import
1.3.1 The SN in excel file will show in grid below, you can remove the unwanted SN by clicking on the delete button
Remember to remove the header Serial Number!
1.4 Click on Submit (it will take up to 2 or 3 minutes to recover the data to production based on the size of the data)
1.5 Check the unit status and unit history of the SN
