Unable to create SFC / Work Order in MES ; Error: Fail to retrieve the work order number from the ERP database

1. User had claim that the information saved in LN is correct.

1. Upon confirming the BOD that is sent by LN (left side success, right side fail) it had found that there are a missing field which are <PlannerPersonReference> had not been included that causing the BOD not being processed and save in InterfaceWorkOrder database.

1. User is required to fill in the Planner field in LN and click on 'Republish' resend the BOD to mTrac
