Track Serial Number during rework process

2. To rework the unit, user can go to Production -> Rework -> Rework page.

3. Then, user can click the magnifier icon to enter the work order.

4. After user has entered the work order number and clicked the Search button, user can then proceed to select the Operation and also the Quantity to rework. After user has filled up all the required fields, user can click the Generate Button.

Note** If the board is a Fresh Board, then user is required to tick the Fresh Board option.

5. After user has clicked the Generate button, system will generate a one-time serial number and user can click on the serial number to continue the rework process.

6. Then, user can continue to tick the Close option to close the defect(s), and fill up the Defect Code, Reference Designator, Part Number.

7. If user wants to track the rework panel serial number, user can also enter the serial number at Defect Fix Note text field.

8. After user has filled up all the required fields, user can click the Add button to save the records.

9. If everything is correct, user can then click the Submit button to submit the record to complete the rework process.

10. If it is a false called unit, user can fill up all the required fields, and click the False Call All button.

11. After user has completed the rework process, user can go to Report -> Failure Analysis By Time page to see the details of the rework process.

12. The serial number entered during rework process will be displayed under Failure Action column.

13. If user wants to track the panel serial number which is currently at debug and it is a false called, user can enter the serial number at Note text field.

14. After user has entered the panel serial number, user can proceed to add the Fail Item.

15. After user has added the Fail Item(s), user can click the Retest button treat the unit as a false called unit.

16. The panel serial number will be displayed under Debug Action column on Failure Analysis By Time page.
