BOM Import Issue - Missing Components

1. There is missing components while user is trying import a new BOM.

2. When this happen, user is required to check the setting of BOM in LN. User is required to multiple tables especially tibom300 and timfc300.

3. For example, the reason that caused the missing components in Image 1 was because the component was having different bmdl values and the bom with previous version was having a larger bmdl value. Hence, system used the bom with version 000001 to match with other table and caused the issue of missing components.
