Work Order Creation in mTrac

1. In order to create work order in mTrac, user is required to create the work order in Infor LN and then send the work order information through BOD to the shared folder.

2. User can check the BOD according to the Site like EEM, EDM or EMM.

3. After user has selected the site, then user is required to select the mTrac folder, and then select the SyncProductionOderBOD folder.

4. The BOD will be sent to Read folder and the processed BOD will be sent to Archive folder.

5. Once BOD has been processed by mTrac, the work order information will be saved into mTrac database and will be waiting for Work Order Auto Release Service to create/release the work order in mTrac. User can go to Production -> Production Planning -> Auto Release Status to check if mTrac has received and processed the BOD.

6. User can search the work order on Auto Release Status page to check if the work order has been created in mTrac. If the work order has successfully created in mTrac, user will see Success under Status column.

7. If there is something missing, for example, the product of the work order does not exist in mTrac, the error message will be showed under the Status column as well.

8. For Work Order Auto Release service, it will only create/release the work order with status Printed, Released, and Active. Work Order with other status will not be release in mTrac.

9.  For Work Order Auto Release service, it will filter the work order with specific prefix based on different Sites.
  • For EEM -  work order with the following prefix, 033,034,035,036,233 will not be released into mTrac.
  • For EMM - did not filter by prefix.
