1. When user is unable to create the unit in mTrac through
Laser Marking, user can go to
Inquiry -> ATE Log to view the error message of the transaction.

2. To view the log of Laser Marking, user can select the Site, and enter Serial Number and click the Search button to pull the history of the transaction.

3. User can see the error message through a column called Process Message. For this case, the error message showed SerialNumberDuplicate as the serial number already existed in mTrac.

4. The reason that user is not able to create unit with Laser Marking is because of duplicate serial number, hence, user can go to Inquiry -> Unit Status to search the serial numbers in that particular logfile to get the duplicated serial numbers.
