Baking Process for MSL 6 Component
1. User can go to Product -> Part Attribute MSD to maintain the attribute for MSL 6 for MSD control. User can search for the part that had already maintain previously, click on the record and continue to edit.

2. Record will be populated and allow user to edit.

3. Click on Add button to add new record.

4. Enter the part number that user wants to maintain. If the part is maintainable, the description will be shown.

5. All the attributes are compulsory field for MSD control purpose.
· Baking Duration (Hours) - Duration needed for baking module
· Baking Temperature - Temperature needed for baking module
· Baking Interval (Minute)
- Mainly control for MSL 6 bake before use. The interval for last baking, last
long time.
Example: Baking interval set to 30 minutes. If the part finish bakes and left
for more than 30 minutes, then only use for production will be block.
· Floor Life (Hours)- Default balance life for MSL 6.

Note** If the part finish bakes and left for more than 30 minutes, then only use for production, an error message will be displayed and system will block user from using that part.

6. The record saved successfully.

7. The error will show if the part not exist in the ERP.

8. User is not allowed to add the same part for multiple times.

9. After user has maintained the details for the MSL 6 component, user can go to Materials Control -> MSD Control -> Material Baking to bake the component.

10. User can click on the Add button to select the component to bake.

11. There is a type called MSL 6 Control, which is used for MSL 6 only. This is because MSL 6 baking requirement will follow Part Attribute MSD instead of the baking specification like other MSL. Hence, reels with MSL 6 Control cannot mix with reels with other controls for baking process.

12. If user did not maintain the Part Attribute MSD before user start the baking process, an error message will be prompt and user will not be able to proceed the progress.

13. User can add the Lot Number by clicking the Add button and click the Start button to start the baking process.
