1. Error message:
Customer code {0} does not exist in the database, please create first before adding a new product. (Figure 1.1)
Figure 1.1
2. If the user saw this error message, the {0} means that there's no ItemValuationGroup/Customer Code retrieved from InforLN. The InforLN user may have forgotten to maintain the ItemValuationGroup for this Item.
3. The user is required to check if the user has maintained the Site in InforLN or if the user maintains the Site incorrectly where the product and customer code exist in multiple sites.
4. If the user does maintain the ItemValuationGroup but is not able to validate it, it will come up with an error like 'Customer code JJSE01 does not exist in the database, please create first before adding a new product'. Instead of {0}, the system will show the code 'JJSE01'. Please check Customer Management is the customer code do maintain correctly in mTrac (Figure 1.2) or it might be the user maintained the wrong Customer Code in InforLN causing unmatch with mTrac data.
Figure 1.2
5. If there's a new customer code that is just maintained by the user in InforLN, you might need to wait around 20 to 30 minutes for the InforLN server to be up to date and to receive the new customer code.
6. After everything is maintained correctly, the user can refresh the screen and try to validate and create the product.
