Identity Change - Change Serial Number

2. User is required to enter the current serial number to search for the unit. Then, user is required to select either to change the ISN or CSN by checking the option respectively. After user have decided which serial number to change, user is then required to enter a New Serial Number and the Note (OPTIONAL) and click the Submit button to update the unit.
