1. When the user is attempting to associate a process material to a work order during line conversion, the user may encounter this error.
2. Firstly, the user is suggested to check the existence of this process material by navigating to the Process Material Registration page. If the process material exists and the serial number is inputted correctly, the user has to proceed to the next step.
3. Another possible cause of this issue is the selected operation does not exist in the route of the work order. The user can look into this by going to the Route Maintenance page and Process Material page ( Click the

icon in Edit Product page).
4. Please make sure to match the operation step in the process material page and with the one in your route. e.g SPI-TOP to SPI-TOP
