Create 2nd operation with same information

Redirect: Maintenance > Operation Setup > Operation 

1. User can click on the grid to view the information of the operation.

    i. After click the record and shown, user in editing mode which able to update the current selected operation. 

    ii. Click 'Update' button will update the current selected operation if have any changes made.  Refer to Figure 1.1

2. If user want to create a new operation, click 'Cancel' button to cancel the current edit mode and the button will change from "Update" to "Add". When the button showing "Add" user in adding mode. User now can fill in the information of the operation and add the 2nd operation with a different name. Refer to Figure 1.2

3. After click the "Add" button 2nd operation with different name will be added into the grid. Refer to Figure 1.3
