Route Setup - Defect Entry Upon

1. When user tick Fail option for Enter Defect Upon option, user will be required to enter the information of defect when user is trying to fail the unit(s) at transaction screen.

NOTE** User SHOULD NOT set this option for Process and Test operations.
2. User is required to enter the Defect Code, Reference Designator, Part Number, and Note.

For Test operations, user can also skip Debug process by checking the Skip Debug For Test Operation option.
