Shipping Batch status remained as Submit even though user has completed all the pallet batch creation and scanning process.

User may go to Production > Production Control > Pallet Batch > Pallet Batch Scan to check if user has completed the scanning process.

According to Figure 2, it shows that the quantity has not been fulfilled. Hence, user is required to fulfill the quantity in order to proceed to next step.
