ATE Error - StartIndex larger than length of string

User encountered issue for ATE where the error message stated that "startindex cannot be larger than length of string."

This is scanner issue and in order to solve this issue, user is required to reset/re-tune the scanner as this error is showing that the scanner is not picking up the barcode correctly.
