Identity Change - Work Order Product Change

Identity Change - Work Order Product Change is a module that allows user make change of the current Unit Product/Model, Product Tree, Route, and BOM.
User can go to Production > Production Control > Identity Change > Work Order Product Change.

2. User needs to select the Customer, enter the Work Order Number that is going to update and click the Search button to retrieve the current information of the particular work order.

3. Then, user is can choose to either update the Product Version, the Bom version, the Route Version, or the Product Tree Version by checking the options respectively.

Update Product
1. User need to tick the Update Product Version and choose the Product Part Number - revision and Product Version user want to change.

1st scenario: User tick Apply To All Units
If user want to apply for all Units, tick the Apply To All Units to proceed.

2nd scenario: User no tick Apply To All Units
If not Apply to All Units, user not need to tick Apply To All Units, after click 'Submit' button below will appear a section for user to enter the SN.

2. If user wants to update the Product Tree, after tick the Update Product Version user need to tick also the Update Tree Version to update the latest one.

3. Once confirm the information that need to update, user click 'Submit' button and update successfully.

Update Route

1. If user wants to apply a new route to the work order, user is required to tick/check the Update Route Version option, and select the Route, the Version and the Route Step/Operation for which the user wants the units to be queued.

2. Then, user is required to tick Apply To All Units option to apply the changes to all existing units that belongs to this work order.

3. User is also required to tick the Auto Queue to First Incomplete Step option to ensure the units were queued to the first incomplete route step after identity change. The followings are the scenarios where the units are located at different route step after has completed the identity change process.

1st Scenario : If the unit is QUEUING at any of the route steps and it is waiting for transaction, for example Labelling, the unit will remain queued at the route step after identity change,

2nd Scenario : If the unit has completed all transactions where the unit's location and unit status has become Inventory Ready, the unit will queued at the SELECTED route step (AOI INSPECTION) after identity change.

4. The Auto Complete option is OPTIONAL

NOTE** 
i. If user TICK the Auto Complete option, the units which have completed the transaction will REMAIN it's current Location and Status which is Inventory Ready and WILL NOT queue to the selected operation and the remaining units that are still in the middle of transaction will queue to the first incomplete step.

ii. If user UNTICK the Auto Complete option, the units which have completed the transaction will Queue to the selected operation and the remaining units that are still in the middle of transaction will queue to the first incomplete step.


5. After user has selected all the required options, user can click the Submit button to update the work order.
