User encountered an issue with error message showing that an operation on a socket could not be performed because the system lacked sufficient buffer space or because a queue was full 127.0.0.1:80.

To solve this issue, user can try to restart the server. Then, after user has successfully restart the server, user needs to restart browser as well.
