ATE Error - Serial Number Duplicate

1. User encountered SerialNumberDuplicate issues when user is transacting the unit through ATE.

2. User can check if the details of the logfile is correct. For example, the error message shown in Image 1 was due to the incorrect CSN information. When the unit does not have a CSN, the column in the red circle shown in Image 2 should be empty or blank instead of NA.
