Enable checkbox for pop up window in any browsers

User can enter a link address which is the browser's name that user is using + ://flags/. For example,  if user is using Google Chrome, then the link address will be chrome://flags/. Then, user can search for "Insecure origins treated as secure".

Then, user is required enable this option and add the origin, which is the address of the website like Image 3.

Then, user is required to relaunch the browser.

Then, a checkbox will be displayed when user is trying to open an external app for user to determine whether to always allow the action or not.
