Process Material Not Yet Assigned

User is getting an error message "Process Material Check Fail : This work order not yet assign with process material" while user is trying to transact the unit.

This error message shows that user have not assigned the process material which also known as have not completed the line conversion and is trying to start the production.
User can go to Inquiry -> Work Order Profiler History page to view the details of the line conversion.

However, if user did assigned the process material, user can check whether they choose the correct side and operation.
On the other hand, user can check the route step on Route Maintenance page.

When user setup for SMT production, user should not tick the 1st Piece Verification, Process Material Control, Height Checking, Volume Checking, and Reflow Checking for SMT operation as the data collection is "No Entry".

If the route step is No Entry, but user still tick the options showed in Image 4, user is then required to assign the process material during Line Conversion else user will not be able to proceed with the next route step.
