2. Then, user can click on the File Processed folder.

3. Then user can click on the either ATE or SMT folder depending on which processed file/ log file was requested. In this case, as user requested for ATE processed log file user can click on the ATE folder.

4. Next, user can click the Files folder.

5. Then, user can click on Processed folder.

6. User can choose the folder by referring to the unit processed time or user can also search for the information of the ATE log in MES like Image 7 as the folder will only store the logfile/ processed file within the date time.

7. Hence, by referring to Image 7, user can go to the folder which is having the same date time.

8. After user has entered the date time folder, user can look for the processed file through the work order as the folder was named after the work order.

9. User can find the work order from the file name showed in Image 9.

10. Then, user can click on the Success folder.

11. After user has clicked on the Success folder, user will be redirect to a location where it stored the processed file according to the operation id where the folder will be named after the operation id.

12. In this case, user can find the operation id from the file name as well like Image 12.

13. User can find the log file/ processed file by referring to the file name showed in Image 13.
