When the information for attention to and shipment address is not correct, for example, the attention to shown in Image 1 should be Mike Brady instead of John Grieser.

1. First, user can go to Production > Production Planning > Sales Order Line Link > Sales Order Line for Work Order Maintenance page to check if the shipment address is updated or user can also update the shipment address in InfoLN and click the "Submit" button on this page to pull the updated shipment address and save it into MES database.

*Note: User is not able to edit the shipment address on this page.
2. If yes, the second step is to check the label printed date. By checking the label printed date, user is able to know if the label was printed out before the changes were made.

4. If the label was printed before the changes were made, user can unpack and repack the packaging box to get the label with the latest information.
5. For EEM & EDM, there is a choice of two different templates - EscatecCartonBoxLabel& EscatedCartBoxLabelP1Medical and controlled by Rule Hierarchy Name : EscatecPackagingLabel. This address at the label header is depending on the different types of label selected for each customer. Address and Company Name
