Data Collection Set - Show in one page

1. When user select WorkOrder as the Data Collection Method for the data collection set, Show In One Page check field will be displayed.

2. If the Show In One Page check field IS CHECKED, all the data collection questions will be displayed in ONE page. If the Show in One Page IS NOT CHECKED, the data collection question will be displayed ONE BY ONE.
