CofC - User Role and User Designation Setup

User is required to maintain their role and designation correctly, in order to prevent issue like Image 1

Image 1 shows that the resulting CofC does not have the user's name, designation, date, and time although the user did approve the document.
1. User can go to Maintenance > User Account to maintain the information of user.
2. For user that is responsible for Production, they are required to setup the designation as Production Supervisor or other instead of just Prodor Pro. The word Production must be a full sentence, as shown in Image 2.

3. For user that is responsible for QA, they are required to setup the designation as QA Engineer or Quality Engineer. The word QA or Quality must be a full sentence, then only follow by other words, as shown in Image 3 and Image 4.

4. Maintaining the user accounts in the correct manner will allow CofC to display the user's name and designation.
