1. When this happens, user is required to check the setup of the Shipping Batch. User can go to Production > Production Control > Shipping Batch > Shipping Batch Main, to check the quantity to ship for EACHproducts as the error message showed that the quantity scanned has exceeded the quantity to ship.

2. User can also go to Production > Production Control > Shipping Batch > Shipping Batch Complete to check the Quantity To Ship and the Total Pallet Quantity Scanned.

Note* The Total Pallet Quantity Scanned showed in Image 3 represent the total quantity of units that have been scanned into the pallet and have been submitted under particular product number. Packaging boxes that have been scanned into the pallet but not yet submitted will not be included into this field. 

3. Hence, when user is scanning the packaging box into the pallet, user have to add up the quantity of units that have been scanned into the new pallet with the total quantity of scanned pallet displayed on the Shipping Batch Complete page under the same product number.
