1. Some configuration need to be done when line require Part Line Verification.
2. Maintenance > Line Setup - User need to tick "PLV Line" checkbox for the line. (Refer to Figure 1.1)

3. Maintenance > Line Machine - User need to tick "Part Line Verification Required" checkbox for the machine. (Refer to Figure 1.2)
Note *For Existing Machine* - There will be more than one machine under the same line, make sure select the correct machine and double check the line then only update it.

4. After update the machine, remember to restart the ATE Transporter.
5. Moreover, for Yamaha Traceability setup, user is also required to maintain the line setup in MES.

6. User will have to check the Yamaha SMT Traceability checkbox to enable Component Traceability. If the checkbox is check and user will get an error message which indicate no component traceability is found when user try to dump the component traceability logfile.
7. Furthermore, to enable auto msl transaction, user is require to set the rule hierarchy called 'IsEnableMSDValidation'. Also, if user want to disable auto msl transaction, user will have to remove the rule hierarchy.
8. User can go to Maintenance > Rule Hierarchy Setup to remove/ add the rule hierarchy.

9. To enable auto msl, user is required to select the rule hierarchy with the name as 'IsEnableMSDValidation' and choose the rule hierarchy value as 'Yes'. Then user can click on the 'Add' button to create the rule hierarchy.

10. On the other hand, if user want to disable auto msl, user can search and click on the rule hierarchy that showed in the grid below and then tick the Remove Rule Hierarchy checkbox. After that, user can click on the 'Update' button to update the rule hierarchy which is remove rule hierarchy in this case.
