Shipping Batch Document - Icon for Approval Submission

Shipment note icon shown in Image 1 will appear for user to start the CofC document when user click the " ReadyForCoc" button at Shipping Batch Complete Page.

If user did not click on the "ReadyForCoc" button, the shipment note icon will not be displayed.

Furthermore, the icon shown in Image 3 which is the icon to trigger the submission of approval will not be displayed if user did not complete the Shipment Note details and save it.
