i. Yamaha Centralized PC is responsible for generating the Yamaha Traceability files and Gemtrack team does not have permission to access it.

ii. Then, the files created in Yamaha Centralized PC will be monitored by Yamaha Monitoring PC, which is also known as the Transporter. This is because this PC will monitor the new files in Yamaha Centralized PC and then it will copy to mTrac Server.

iii. Yamaha Monitor PC will save a backup in local and copy the Yamaha Traceability files to the mTrac Server.

1. The flow of Yamaha Traceability begins with identifying the unique serial number. If no unique serial number is found, server will then proceed to check for the work order conversion by using the Part Number.

2. If no work order conversion is found either, then server will end the process without saving traceability.

3. However, if unique serial number is generated and found by the server or a work order conversion is found based on Part Number, it will get the Work Order, Line, which is based on the Machine Name, and the Unit ID.

4. Then the server will save the work order number instead of serial number if no serial number is found.
