User is unable to scan the unit from backend production where MES will show the unit work order not matched with the entered work order or unit with same serial number was found but part number does not match like Image 1 and Image 2.

This is mainly because the unit is not yet created.Image 2
1. Firstly, user is required to check the product tree setup where child must be a MES unit, Related Unit Creation, Same As Parent SN are checked in order to use the same serial number for unit creation.

2. Second, user need to check the route setup. The operation set in product tree for unit creation must be the first operation to use the same serial number from another work order.
3. The error messages shown in Image 1 and Image 2 is because the unit creation process is not completed. Hence, user is required to check if user has accidentally skipped the unit creation operation.
Note: If user wants to transfer work order (including backend process), user has to ensure that the unit creation process has been completed before user tries to transfer the unit to another work order.
