1. In order to carry out Auto Release Work Order correctly, user is required to ensure that the
Product, Route, Customer Code, BOM, Work Instruction, Product Tree(if have) setup correct.
2. MES will first validate if there is Product (including Number Internal, Revision) is created inside MES. If the product inside Info LN does not exist in MES or the number internal or revision is not matched, the SFC will not be auto released.
3. Secondly, user is required to ensure that the BOM inserted is correct.
4. If there is Product Tree setup, user is also need to ensure the associate part is also valid inside MES.
5. Moreover, user must ensure that the route and customer code have also setup and saved inside MES which is same as Infor LN.
6. User need to ensure the Work Instruction file put in respective folder. If not SFC will not be auto release.
7. If any of these setup is invalid, user will not be able to trigger Auto Release Work Order Service and user will be receiving an email every 2 hours (it is set by user). The email will includes the reason(s) that cause failed to auto release work order.
Step to troubleshoot when SFC no auto release
Note: **Engineer can request ESCATEC IT team to check why SFC no auto release**
i) Go to E:\mTrac\OutputBackup\AutoReleaseSFC\Error to check what's the reason causing SFC not able auto release. The folder name using Date to represent.
ii) Open the folder and file to see what's the reason.

iii) If the reason is regarding Product, Route, BOM and Customer Code, process engineer may back to mTrac to check the respective information.
iv) if the reason is regarding Work Instruction not found, IT team can inform the engineer to check is the WI added to the folder or not.
