Work Order Transfer - SMT

1. When user transfer a SMT work order to another work order, the relationship between Panel ID and cavities serial number will be broken as work order transfer will not transfer the units that have 'Cancelled' unit status.
2. Normally Panel ID will be cancelled after laser mark process. Therefore, when user implement work order transfer, MES will only transfer the active units and the Panel IDs will remain at previous work order.
3. In conclusion, if user wants to do work order transfer on a SMT process, user is required to ensure that there is no relationship between each units. In another words, user is not allowed to transfer a work order contains relationship between each units like ISN to LOT or LOT to ISN.
