2. In order to solve this issue, user is required to check the file detail which is the SFC number/ work order number if it is correct.

1. If any of the cavities failed during Laser Marking process, which is also known as unit creation process, the unit will not be created.

2. Although it will be created in Unit Detail table, but they will not have relationship as the unit is not really created.

3. If the unit is created successfully, during SMT process, user is allow to use either panel ID or serial number for each cavities to do transaction.

4. MES is able to use the relationship to retrieve all the related units.

5. However, if the unit creation process is not successful, and if the first route step is LOT, system will only generate a panel ID and act as the serial number that is having quantity of 4 which is the number of cavities on one panel.

6. When it comes to ISN, system will not perform serialization as the units were not created.
