1. User encountered serial number duplication error during transaction for backend product.
2. This can be caused by invalid route settings or invalid product tree settings.
3. For example, the case shows below is a unit with serialized with work order route settings.
4. With this setting, the unit is un-serialized but the user checked the tracking serial number field at product tree setup.
5. Therefore, there will be a problem where the data input entered by user during association will not be able to identify the unit as the units were un-serialized. So, when user is trying to create next unit, system will state that the serial number is duplicate as the system recognizes the next unit as the previous unit.
6. In order to solve this issue, user is required to uncheck tracking serial number at product tree setup or change serial number collection to ISN.
