Laser Marking - Serial Number Invalid

1. While doing Laser Mark, log file shows serial number invalid despite all serial number results passing like image 1 and image 2.

2. The possible reason might be the SFC version or Product Version is not up-to-date.

3. Therefore, first step is to check the work order at Work Order Maintenance page.

3. User is able to check whether the work order is up-to-date at this page. This is because if there is a newer version, the system will prompt a message asking the user to update the ticket version.

4. After checking the work order version, user is required to check the version of product as well. 

5. User should focus on the serial number mask to see if user assigned the correct serial number mask.



6.If you have set the ISN format in product management, user should also focus on the serial number section and make sure it is the same ISN format with your ISN serial number mask.

7. User can also check if the laser mark serial number generated is in the required format in REPORT > SERIAL NUMBER UNIT HISTORY
