Serial Number Collection Modification

1. User wants to change from panel ID to serial number in SMT laser marking process.
2. It start with panel ID is because the route set for this operation is using LOT as the serial number collection type. Therefore, in order to make changes, user can change the serial number collection type from LOT to ISN.
