1. When the user is trying to answer data collection for QA buy-off for moulding operation, an error message is shown: 'The work order not yet assign with process material'.

1. This error occurs because the route step is set incorrectly. The user should only set '1st piece verification' for 'Moulding' instead of both operations as this will cause the system to ask the user to assign process material for the packaging operation.
