Unable to find part for rework process

1. User was unable to get the part to fix the unit.

2. User must be aware that the part number and reference designator is retrieved from the BOM.

3. Hence, if user cannot get the part number and reference designator, user can check the BOM version if the part is stated inside the BOM or the BOM version is not updated.
