ATE Files Pending in Work Station

Files not moving even though ATE has been started
1. Confirm that there are files in the log file path D:\SIP\PP19.
2. Ensure that the path/folder maintained in Server Path can be reached by trying to access the path via Windows Explorer
3. Open up the folder maintained in Transporter Log Path, look for the today's log. Check and see if there is any error.
4. Check last modified date of the last file in the log file path, if it's not new file after the program has been started, copy one of the file in the folder and paste into the same folder. It should trigger the program to start reading old files
