Allow serial number with different part number add to the rework/RMA work order

To allow user add the serial number which different part number with the current rework/RMA work order.

Note : *This is Sample Data*

1. User need to tick the "Change Part Number From" and the text field will be enable.

2. Enter the part number that able to add to this rework/RMA work order.

Example: 

- If only one part number  : 0033141
- If more than one part number  : 0033141,0033142,0033143 (Put comma to separate it)

3. Then save it. Now the serial number part number that have add to the "Change part number From" field will be allow to add.
