Standard Label Setup

Packaging Carton Box Label have different standard Label which is Normal Label and Moulding Label.
For Normal Label, some of the customer may have a few info that are different need to print on the label. For example, may request to add more info or some info don't need to show but the template is the same.
Product Setup
Product family set as Printing/Moulding, the carton box label print out with Moulding Label - Do refer Image 1.
If Product family is empty, the carton box label print out with Normal Label - Do refer Image 2.
If user want to print Normal Label while the Product family had set as Printing/Moulding, Rule Hierarchy need to be add.
Solution - Select Rule Hierarchy 'PackagingCartonBoxLabelCommonTemplateName'.
- Rule hierarchy value set as 'EscatecCartonBoxLabel'.
- Set product or customer if need.
Action Required - User.
