No Component Traceability Record Found

User may need to check whether the Part Line Verification(PLV) flag/checkbox in the product page was checked.
After that when doing the PLV then will start to have the Job to do the component traceability work. If not when you search at the component traceability report it will not able to show out the record.
*When create new product, by default, the Part Line Verification will be auto checked.*
