Open Defect Not Closed

The unit is not allowed to be transacted at PTI screen because the unit has been wrongly queued after defects not closed properly. 

1st Step) Check the Unit History. You would be able to locate the open defect.

2nd Step) Send the unit to Rework again to close the open defects

3) Close the open defect at Rework screen. The unit will be routed back to the same operation after all the defects have been closed.
