Checklist type and usage

1. Checklist.

Usage: Line conversion checklist.

By choosing Data Collection Type: Checklist and Data Collection Method: Work Order, the checklist will show up during the line conversion page for the matched operation.

For checklist to show up during line conversion, data collection set must be attached to the Product or Work Order.

You will see the checklist button as clickable as you started line conversion.

Checklist Unit

Usage: PTI unit data collection

Data Collection Type: Checklist and Data Collection Method: Unit.
By setting this type this checklist will populate during the PTI screen to collect unit data.

You will need to attach the checklist for it to pop out during PTI transaction

2. QA checklist.

Usage: QA buyoff checklist

By setting up the Data Collection Type: QA Checklist, Data Collection Method: Work Order and this checklist will appear during the QA buyoff.

Unlike checklist type, QA checklist will only need status Released to be active and do not need to be attached.

You will see a link after you start the buyoff process; you will see the question you set in QA buyoff after clicking in.

3. Visual Checklist

Usage: molding QA buyoff, molding IPQC

Visual checklist is setup as Data Collection Type: Visual Checklist, Data Collection Method: Work Order

You will need to attach the visual checklist for it to appear during QA buyoff and IPQC

You will answer this checklist during buy off and IPQC, the title will show that this question list is answer for QA buyoff.

After QA buyoff, you will be able to answer this checklist again for IPQC at 

Production >Data Collection by Work Order- Dimension/Visual

The checklist will be reset once you change the operation in the drop-down list allow you to answer again.

4. Dimension Checklist

Usage: molding QA buyoff, molding IPQC

Dimension checklist is set up as Data Collection Type: Dimension Checklist, Data Collection Method: Work Order

Dimension checklist can be used to determine the value of the dimension and cavity and is used to view the IPQC chart

Dimension checklist will need to be attached to show up on QA buyoff

The question set up for the IPQC is that the question will need to setup the Sequence, Group or Dimension, Cavity to work.

You will also need to set up the IPQC in product section to view the IPQC chart.

After finishing QA buyoff, you will be able to search your IPQC chart in Inquiry > IPQC

You can complete this checklist on:

Production >Data Collection by Work Order- Dimension/Visual.

The checklist will be reset once you change the operation in the drop-down list allow you to answer again.

5. Recurring Checklist

Recurring Checklist is the only need to be done for every 12 hours.

You will be setting the time interval when you attach the checklist

Recurring checklist will show up during the QA buyoff and IPQC

After you have done the checklist during the interval you will not need to do the checklist.
