No route found from ERP error when creating route [LN Interface_GetRouteStepListSql]

When user creating route for a product and when clicking the Validate button then encounter this error.
When this kind of error happens, please check:
1. If you had just published the route in In, please wait 5-10 minutes for database to get the latest info.
2. If the route version selected status is approved and your current datetime is in between the effective date and expiry date
Example: Unable to find route due to exdt (expiry date) and rost_kw (status)
